BlastOne nozzle holders are available in a variety of materials – including brass, nylon and aluminum. Most are also available in both fine (NPSM) and coarse (Contractor) thread. Use only undercut screws for coupling to blast hose. BlastOne nozzle holders are installed on the end of blast hose using an external friction fit with sealant and short screws which penetrate the outside wall of the hose - the screws are not to penetrate through the inner wall of the hose. The blasting nozzle then couples to the nozzle holder, usually with a thread or flange. It is imperative for the life of the blast nozzle to ensure that there are no air leaks and the nozzle holder is coupled correctly according to all procedures and safety documents.
