The RPB® Nova 3 Replacement Lenses are precision-engineered for use with the Nova 3 Blast Helmet, ensuring the highest level of safety and visibility for operators in demanding blasting environments. This genuine replacement lens system is OSHA-compliant and meets ANSI Z87.1 standards, providing peace of mind for both operators and businesses. 

Comprehensive Lens System: 

The Nova 3 lens system consists of three components designed to work together for optimal performance: 

• Inner Lenses (Clear or Tinted): The durable, crystal-clear inner lens provides robust impact protection and clarity. Available in a standard clear version (pack of 10) or optional tinted lenses for blasting in bright sunlight. 
• Outer Lens: Protects the inner lens from wear and tear. These lenses mount securely in the hinged lens holder and are quick to replace, saving time and extending the life of the inner lens. Comes in packs of 50. 
• Tear-Off Lenses: Designed for fast and convenient lens changes, tear-off lenses come with pre-folded tabs for quick removal. Operators can stack multiple tear-off lenses for seamless replacements during operations. Sold in packs of 50. 
• Mesh Lens:  This optional steel wire mesh lens provides additional protection for the main lens when working with abrasive with large particle sizes and/or shot blasting.

Innovative Cassette Lens Option:

For even greater efficiency, the Nova 3 Cassette Lens system offers pre-assembled modules with five tear-off lenses sealed to one outer lens. This unique design prevents dust intrusion between layers, ensuring clear visibility and reduced maintenance time. Each box includes 20 cassettes.
